This is a large back land site with a former Royal Mail sorting office, and with good access to local amenities <br><br> Hollyoak House is nestled in its own quiet enclave within the heart of Loughton. We were commissioned to design a private community of 27 retirement, 1- & 2-bedroom apartments, with associated parking <br><br> We encompassed practical and sensitive deign with aesthetically pleasing exteriors and interiors with private terraces and balconies along with a community garden. Special consideration was given to creating attractive community spaces that inspire a strong sense of community
