Mascalls Park.

This was a demanding site full of opportunities and possibilities. We designed a scheme of bespoke houses for our client Bellway Essex to take advantage of the dramatic slopes and existing landscape quality.<br><br> The development replaces a former hospital facility and our design process involved close collaboration with the landscape consultant to balance the most effective use of the site against green belt constraints. The design palette is traditional in form and material with steeply pitched roofs, prominent gables and feature bay windows. The focus of the development is a woody dell providing visual interest and amenity to the surrounding development.
