This development of 78 dwellings for Bellway Essex is located on a complex site adjacent to the River Brain in central Witham, the proposals required sensitive and persuasive presentation by the practices in house team. Extensive use of 3D modelling and fly through software enabled the planning committee to better understand the proposals and understand the limited impact of the proposals on the sensitive riverside setting.
