Sheerness Leisure Centre.

This high level feasibility study in collaboration with PSP looked into the area currently occupied by Sheerness Leisure Centre and investigated a range of options for the insertion of enabling residential development to improve the facilities and provide a potential funding stream for the council. Unfortunately the outcome did not meet the viability criteria and the area remains underutilised to this day.
