The proposals for this existing farmstead located outside the defined settlement required a detailed assessment of the existing footprint and volume to establish the potential for redevelopment. <br><br> Our design blends the sympathetic conversion of the existing timber framed barn with a courtyard arrangement of three new dwellings inspired by its rural setting and incorporating first floor living spaces looking over the neighbouring golf course.
